Data protection
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO/GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
What personal information we collect and why we collect it
Contact form
If you contact us using the contact form on the website or by e-mail, your details (name/company, e-mail address, telephone number and the message you have provided) will be processed to deal with your request and saved for six months in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. Please change your browser settings if you do not want to save cookies or if you want to determine in your own case which cookies should be stored.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Analysis services
Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics (processor: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the usage of the website by our users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the job processor and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding data processing contract with the provider.
Your IP address is detected but pseudonymized immediately (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This anonymization of the IP address allows a rough localization only.
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as the Art 6 sec 1 a) (consent) and / or f) (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO/GDPR.
Our interest in the sense of the DSGVO/GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized (the IP address is anonymized, eg by deleting the last 8 bits). The user data is kept for a period of 26 months in order to document the change in website use compared to the previous year.
Who we share your data with
Your data will not be shared with third parties except for the above-mentioned processors. If your request is sent to us by e-mail (also using a contact form), our e-mail provider is involved as a processor. With this we have concluded a contract for data processing.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
