Due to recent changes in Austrian corporate law, the formation of a limited liability company in Austria (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung - GmbH) has become an interesting and fairy cheap way to start a business. These conditions are the result of recent amendments to Austrian corporate law that allow business developers the option to make a small initial cash contribution of minimum EUR 10.000,00 and maintain this for 10 years.
